Business Policies
 Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. Processing time of your order can vary from 1-5 days, depending on product availability. Orders average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach their destination.
Shipping costs are determined by each item's weight, and are shown in the Shopping Cart screen. Multiple items ordered at the same time will be packaged together, when possible, and shipping on these larger orders will therefore be reduced.
When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.
We happily ship outside the continental United States, but International Orders will be subject to additional shipping charges. These charges will be applied by the Shopping Cart during the checkout process. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will also incur a slight additional shipping charge.
Due to the physical size of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a full street address when placing your order.
Billing Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once your online order is complete. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information.
Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
Return Policy
Our company wants to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you receive our products and they were damaged during shipping, you need to contact us at customerservice@olympiantorches.com, or phone us at 1-800-960-2757, no later then three days after receiving your products.
The customer will be responsible for all freight costs, for both the original shipment and the return shipping. Olympian Torches will accept product returns under the following terms:
- All returns must be approved by Olympian Torches by phone or by e-mail.
- A Return Authorization number (RA) will be given when customer contacts an Olympian Torches sales representative.
- The RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of each shipping box, or there might be problems with replacement products being sent out.
- The shipping costs for the returned product will be covered by customer.
- The returned item must be in the original shipping material, when possible.
- A replacement product will be issued by Olympian Torches after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The item must be returned prepaid to the address provided on the Return Authorization supplied by Olympian Torches.

Minimum Orders
Please note that there is a small minimum order requirement of $10.00, excluding shipping, for all orders.

At Olympian Torches, we take your privacy very seriously. We never sell, rent or otherwise distribute the information that you submit to our web site. You can rest assured that your personal information, including your email address, will be kept in strict confidence. Furthermore, in the interest of your security, your credit card number and expiration date is not stored on our servers.
